Frequently Asked Questions

Most notary appointments take between 15–30 minutes depending on the number of documents and signatures needed. A loan signing however can be around 1 hour.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. If you don’t have a valid ID, you’ll need to bring 2 credible witnesses who can also provide ID and will verify everyone’s identity that way. 

We can notarize a variety of documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, Real Estate documents (like deeds or mortgages), trusts, wills, adoption papers, medical directives, vin verifications, and business documents.  

We cannot provide Legal advice. We can notarize your document once its prepared, but please consult and attorney for legal guidance.

Yes, we have Spanish speaking available.

We charge 2 separate fees one for the notarization itself and an additional fee for travel if applicable. We will outline all costs out-front.
